All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or new product launches), processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination. Customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your package’s progress.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package was marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
